Quite frustrating when Apple asks you for the answers to your security questions when trying to reset your security questions.

I have my username & password. I have access to my account's email address. I can log in with my credentials to the Developer site (developer.apple.com).

But when I try to log in to appleid.apple.com, the site asks me to answer two of my security questions before allowing me in. I don't know them. So I select the "Reset Security Questions" option. Takes me to a page where it asks me to "Answer Your Current Security Questions". Yikes.

Anyone have any ideas? Apple's phone support wasn't able to do anything.

If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.

If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although I’m not sure they will be able to help.

Apple ID - If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions.

From the article below.

Without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account. These policies are audited and reviewed on a regular basis.

Thanks! These are good suggestions.

I did call the Apple ID Support phone number. Sadly, their mantra was "without proof of your identity, there's nothing I can do". Unfortunately, they do not consider having the credentials to the account and access to the email address on the account enough to be "proof". They would only help if I could supply the answers to the security questions.

And yes, I am logged in here to the discussions.apple.com site. I am also able to log in to developer.apple.com. It is only appleid.apple.com that forces me through the security questions interrogation.
