Back up procedure not in my user manual. How do back up to external storage using Windows OS v10?

I want to back up my ipod to my computer as I have done before. Plugged in, ipod is open. In itunes. No menu for back up. What am I missing? I am trying to back up my ipod to my computer as I have done before. Itunes is open. Ipod is plugged in. There is no menu for "back up now." I'm missing something, but what? Still using Big Sur. What are stats now? You could try restoring or reformatting the drive.
