Ukraine Apple Support. Refund in-app purchase. Help, please.
Dear Apple Support Community Folks,
Yesterday, my 7 year old son have accidentally bought 100$ "token pack" (in-app purchase) for Asphalt 8 game on Apple TV. I've learnt about it via my bank statement. You can imagine the size of my eyes when I saw it. Funny thing is that AppleTV never requested any sort of a password or confirmation. Just written off my 100$ from my bank account. :-)
I've spent 2 miserable hours trying to reach the support in any possible way from Ukraine. No success whatsoever. Tried clicking "report a problem" then "refund a purchase" - no success. It says something like my purchase is not qualifying for refund. Done lot's of googling and reading and still not clear what to do.
Is there any human-friendly way to refund the purchase or get some support? I understand there is limited support for Ukraine consumers (despite significant market share), but this frustrates big times. And I'm a 10+years very loyal Apple multi device hardware user.
If there is any way to contact support or get a refund please let me know. Standard support links do not work.
