Crackling Noise coming from inside. Help!

I just purchased a new 2019 MacBook Pro 15 inch mn#A1990. After two weeks of slight use, I noticed it started making a loud crackling sound. I thought it was coming from a song I was playing but when I muted the song the noise continued. It does not sound like its the speaker, it sounds like a hardware issue or fan issue. The sound comes and goes at random times. I also can not take it in to Apple at this time because obviously bigger things are going on right now. Im just curious if I can fix this issue from home. Thanks!
