Safari won't load icloud.com

When i attempt to goto icloud.com in Safari, I get an Connection Error. I tried loading using Chrome and that worked., the page loaded. I have cleared Safari cache, history, logged out of iCloud and logged back in, rebooted, deleted my Wifi settings, checked the DNS setting. Still can't load the page. Also when I tried logging into the Apple Community page, I couldn't, and got Safari can't establish a secure connection error. I have searched the internet for a fix, but no luck.
