using bootcamp with latest software versions of macOS and bootcamp AirPods are seen by windows 10 only as headphones with microphone not working. There is a solution in the forum for a an old Broadcom driver from 2013 but it has not had any comment since 2017
any recommendation is welcome

my problem is with bootcamp windows 10. On macOS everything works fine
Most Windows installations on a Mac fail to recognize the Microphone part of Headphones. This is a driver bug in Windows.
Let me test on a 2014 or older Mac and check.

I have logged a Feedback Report - FB7683868.
Based on my testing, it seems to have been broken since the 2015 models came out. I can make Microphone+Headphone combinations work properly in Windows, only on 2012-2014 models using W10.
That's not great :(
Do you happen to know if this sort of stuff ever sees a fix?
