Hacked iPhone 8

I know that I have been hacked! One of my passwords was sent to me in an email with a threat to send things to my FB page and phone contacts. Is this even possible on an iPhone? Can someone use malware to log keystrokes? Please advise. Cleared Safari cache, powered off and sending this from iPad.
