Good afternoon, I would like to ask you to help me. I mistakenly signed up for a year on Facetune. initially, I bought the app, allegedly for "three days for free", then I wanted to cancel, but I forgot to cancel and when I got the money to the card, 12,5 thousand were automatically withdrawn. After that, I submitted a request to Apple to get the money back. But he declared: "We have determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund."Please kindly help me get my money back. Hope for your understanding! Thanks

You forgot to cancel the subscription and are obligated to pay the bill.
