live photos not able to be received on text?
Can anyone advise me as to why my iphone 11 does not receive my daughter's photos messaged as live; no circle even appears for me to press.

Are you sure it is a live picture?
If you don't see the circle at the top left, or don't see small video when you hold down on the picture, then it isn't a live picture.
