Netflix keeps buffering on tv screen

My phone and tv mirror each other in Netflix app but when I try to watch a show all I see is buffering on my yv screen

netflix quality on apple TV I have the TV and the apple TV4K (previous generation) connected to the same switch. AppleTV and Netflix When selecting Netflix on my AppleTV Netflix appears for a second then disappears. I have a subscription for 4 screens and can watch Netflix on my IPad but not using my Apple TV. How can I fix this.
