Photos Library upgrade?

i just purchased the new MacBook air, and have transferred my info from my old pro - which is updated to the MacOS Catalina 10.15.4, my new air is using the 10.15.3 update and it doesn't give me the option to update to the same version.

When i attempt to open my Photos app top I receive the below message;

The library “Photos Library” is from a newer version of Photos. Please upgrade Photos to open this library.

Please advise on how to address this issue

You will need to update your MBA from 10.15.3 to 10.15.4. The easiest way to do that is with the macOS Catalina 10.15.4 Combo Update.  Then the newer Photos app will be able to open and convert your earlier Photos library to the latest version.
