Can't delete Spectrum emails from Mac Mail using IMAP

I am having an issue all of a sudden deleting emails from my Spectrum account using Mac Mail and my iPhone. I swipe to delete and the message comes back. Checking webmail shows it did not delete.

I don't have this problem if I use Outlook on my Mac.

I read/send mail on Mac, iPhone and iPad, and once/while on icloud.com - and everything usually syncs fine. But a couple of times a month, Mac Mail decides to show COPIES of my most recent 2-3 Sent emails (but no more) in my Mac Mail INBOX. Often the emails were sent a few days/week ago - but then all of a sudden a few just show up in Mac Mail Inbox. This am (12/4), an email sent on 11/29 just showed up in Inbox. It wasn't there yesterday. No I did not BCC, and it is only the last 1-3 Sent emails, not the entire Sent folder. I've checked Mail Preferences and View/folder settings, and nothing I've changed fixes it. FYI, they also are not showing on iPhone/iPad/iCloud Inbox, only Mac Mail Inbox, so iCloud seems to be synching fine. So that tells me it's a Mail display bug? 2020 M1 Air, Ventura 13.0.1, Mail 16.0

Gmail not showing up in mail macOS Ventura My Gmail account is not showing up in Mail. The account shows up in the list of internet accounts and calendar dates are synchronized in Ical, but next to the email setting the status button it only shows "checking." This is not an issue on my other devices that are still running on Catalina.

Mac Mails: your network preferences prevent content from loading privately. Mac Mails: your network preferences prevent content from loading privately. How do I stop this. (Mac Studio Max Mac OS Ventura 13.1) I have to click the (Load Content Directly) button on every email. and some times it wont help, and I have to restart my Mac.

I think I solved this by going into the Advance IMAP settings and changing the root folder from '/' to nothing.

Mail -> Prefrences -> Select mailbox -> Server Settings -> Advance IMAP Settings -> IMAP Path Prefix.
