How do I stop this notification that is trying to sell iCloud space? It appears every 5-10 seconds. My iPad storage is more then 10% empty.

YOu either stop syncing or backing up to icloud or you purchase more icloud storage, there is no turning off.
Yes, I backup to iTunes. No, I don’t sync data or backup to iCloud. iCloud is not turned on in settings.
i do have 11GB of photos on my 32GB iPad. I have just about 4GB of free space. Apple uses just about 9GB for the iOS and related uses.
This notification issue has started in the last day. I have rebooted my iPad and will see if that helps.
The notification is trying to sell me iCloud space to move my pictures there. It seems like a marketing idea from Apple that has gone into an infinite loop.
It is referring to the space on my iPad, and wants to sell me iCloud space that I don’t need. My iPad is more than 10% empty. This notification is just a marketing virus.

So you backup your phone to itunes?
Nor do you sync you data or backup to icloud?
So when you go to settings - your name - icloud nothing is turned on?
If you are getting a message that you are running out of space, it is probably space on the iPad itself. Is it specifically stating that it is iCloud storage?
