Macbook pro keyboard and touchpad doesn't work after TouchID wake up

When I open laptop and unlocking from sleep by TouchID it unlocks, but keyboard doesn't work and touchPad doesn't work either (I couldn't hear second hardware click, when click on touchPad).

TouchBar works selectively (mute doesn't work, but volume level works and In-program buttons from touchBar works)

I solve this issue by: closing, waiting for 10 sec and opening again. It commonly helps on 5-7 iteration.

That really annoy me. Did you have any issues like this? How can I solve it?

I tried to reset SMC (tl:dr; - it doesn't help):

1) shift+control+alt+power for 10 sec (seems to work, but doesn't help in issue)

2) Shut down the Mac. Unplug the power cord. Wait 15 seconds. Plugin the power cord. Wait five seconds. Press the power button (I have no time to power it up, it starts after plugging cord)

3) hold the right Shift key, the left Option key, and the left Control key for seven seconds. Continue to hold them down while you press the power button for another seven seconds (I have no time to power it up, it starts after ~5 seconds of holding keys)

I would re-install the Combo on top of your existing macOS and see if this sorts the issue.

Combo update macOS 10.15.4 https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2037?locale=en_US

If no resolve How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204904

If you can test this sleep from SafeBoot it may be informative—Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and test. Reboot and test as caches get rebuilt.

In Safe mode third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled, it removes malware, etc hampering smooth operation, however a reboot will put it back to normal mode.

If you come to the conclusion it is third party interference—To get a good look at your System config. for conflicts or issues, you can download/run this trusted utility https://etrecheck.com

If you need help interpreting the report you can post it here in its entirety in the "Additional Text" box in the editing toolbar below, in your reply.

You can set its preference to "Allow full Disk Access", with this you get a digest of issues from the last 7 days that are saved in your system.

Following your advice, located problem in 3d-party software.
etrecheck software was not informative to me too mush, but it shown, what 32-bit apps am I using now and it helps to narrow down list of software.
Removing one-by-one i found, that it was Parallels Desktop 15.1.3-47255.
Tree days no issues, so case is solved, thank you!

Great report ducopdep — good computing !
