Apple Music Family - Explicit music restrictions

No matter what I do I still can not download explicit rated songs from Apple Music Family account.

If you have already allowed explicit music on restrictions, play the preview sample of the explicit song on the iTunes Store, then try playing it again on Apple Music. It should ask a confirmation for playing that kind of content. Then it should be applied on Apple Music as well.
