Transferring Sony Mini DVD content to Mac

I have lots of old Sony Mini DVD discs that I'd like to transfer to my Mac but it doesn't have a DVD drive. Any suggestions? I'd also like to do the same with some old VHS tapes.

I converted 60 VHS tapes using this device.

I think for Mini DVD disks is useful any NOT slot-loading USB DVD external drive.
