iPhone XR Freezing

I have the iPhone XR. My phone recently froze and this has rarely happened before. I can turn on and off my phone, but when I unlock my phone the screen turns black. Siri works, I can take pictures before I unlock my phone, and I can turn on the flashlight. However I have tried resetting my phone and nothing happens. What should I do?
