Exclamation point in icloud videos

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're seeing exclamation points on several videos which are stored in iCloud. 

You mentioned this is occurring from the iCloud website. Are you able to view them on any other device which is using iCloud Photos?

If you're not seeing the same exclamation point on other devices, try accessing the iCloud website from another device and see if the same issue occurs. 

If it does, message back with the following information:

• Were all the videos created with the same device? 
• Are these slo-motion videos or normal speed?
• Were they edited? If they were edited, what app were they edited in?
