Cancel expired subscription and pending purchase

I nees to cancel some app and it already expired now. As well as I need to know about pending purchase. I have three pending purchase and I can not add my visa card ('error declined.....') plz

Canceling an active subscription, or a free trial, must be done at least 24 hours before it ends.
