This Power Usage is Proportionate to Each App (power:app) - Not (time:app)
The bottom of the graph is the App, the right is the Percentage. So, this is a proportion of your battery used by each app - not by a 24 hour timespan.

No. That is not normal.
There may be a bug on your iPhone. Download Malwarebytes for iPhone, found in the App Store. Update it, scan with it, remove what is found.
As I had said, uninstall McAfee from your iPhone.
So, did you type Malwarebytes for iPhone in the search bar? Tap "search" on the bottom-left, then search for it.

"Can you give me recommendation which malwarebytes that i need to instal?"

Malwarebytes is its own software (its name is not to be mistaken for the phrase "anti-malware")
Searching for it on the App Store on your iPhone.

McAfee is Getting the Most Out of your iPhone:
Antivirus and Security Software is not needed on any Apple device, whatsoever, as it will just get in the way. So, if McAfee is on there - then that is why this is occurring: it's doing its own thing - trying to get to most out of your battery (by power management and battery consumption).
So, Uninstall it:
Use the instructions from the manufacturer's Web site - and none other. Elsewise, it could end up being malware you'll install. Get it Here: How to Uninstall Mobile Security - McAfee Support
The app is called “malwarebytes” There is only one with that name.
Ah ****!
Can you give me recommendation which malwarebytes that i need to instal?
