My iphone doesn't start

Hey!

My iPhone shut off and all I could see after that was the apple, as the phone were trying to restart.

I've plugged it in to my computer and I've tried to restart it, just as it says on apple.com/iphone/restore, but nothing happens.

It tells me that something went wrong.

What should I do?
