apfs problem with MacOS Mojave on Catalina

On the pc I installed the macOS Catalina version.

I have a problem with creating apfs volume with Mojave. I followed the apple support guide. I created the disk apfs on Utility Disk. I downloaded the macOS Mojave installer package. But when I start the installation I get the error message "This copy of the application is too old to be opened on this version of macOS".

How i solve this problem? thanks

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

You are trying to run the Mojave installer while booted into Catalina. Can't be done. Either you must run the installer from another Mojave system or one with a system prior to Mojave.

If you have the Catalina installer still in your Applications folder, then I suggest moving it into the Trash, temporarily. Then try the Mojave installer again.
