Hello my account has been disabled since march because my credit card was locked. I am trying to change the card on my account and it isn't letting me it keeps saying that my account has been disabled in the app store and itunes and won't update it.

According to: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

"When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."
