Screen Time problem

Hello, my boy has an ipad. And I have setup Screen Time on his ipad and also limited the usage time on Youtube app. But somehow he find out a way to watch YouTube video outside the Screen Time hour. As you can see in the attached screen capture, the youtube video show in the player at lower right corner. How to fix this?
