Apple Watch tapping during the night

Does anyone know why my watch (series 4) taps me during the night (3:25am)? This wasn’t the first time, it’s happened many times before.

I have DND & theatre mode set.

A strange and unfamiliar screen on Apple Watch with watchOS 9.2 Hello everyone, I keep Apple Watch on my wrist even during sleeping hours, but last night, for some reason, I woke up and noticed a strange screen (see attached) on Watch that does not appear on the WatchOS 9.x user manual and so I have no idea what it means. Upon pressing the side crown, the Watch screen appeared again. Can anyone enlighten me? Many Thanks
