Iphone 11 Pro Max Camer Issue

I have purachsed a new Iphone 11 Pro Max before one month. I have very bad (big) Lens Flare camera issues and contacted Apple Support within 5 days after purchasing.

I have sent twice for repair but still I have the issue. I have contacted third time for the same issue. I feel that Apple is not providing good solution for this.

I bought this mobile and haven't used this due the camer issue. Is there any other way to get some solution?

I have already uploaded the videos as an evidence.

I have contacted them after 2nd repair and got a fall number (fallnummer in German) from a Technical Team Leader. He has promised that he will contact me within a week, but he didn't.

I have called them after a week, there was an anotherTechnical Group Leader spoke with me. His answer was not so friendly. He gave me two options.

  • Option 1: Live with this Iphone.
  • Option 2: Send the Iphone to them, they will check and send it back. He also said that they will not change the lens and not agreed to replace the Iphone.

I have never expected such a bad response from Apple. I have sent my Iphone to Vodafone where I bought. I have to wait and see what is the response I'm getting from Vodafone.

Hey there,

I would have advised you to send it to them to Apple to check. Without Apple having looked at it they will not be able to check your device and proceed from there.

Now that you have sent the phone to Vodaphone, they will pick up being the original seller. Hopefully Vodafone will help you out with your problem swiftly.

mind you that you can’t have Vodaphone and Apple check your phone at the same time. One or the other party is going to let the other finish your request.

Since you asked Vodaphone to look at it you can ask for a full refund considering they have sold you a product that has not lived up to your expectations and by European regulation you are eligible to get your money back.

what you want to do is be clear on who you’re requesting service from. When you ask Apple, follow their procedure. When you ask Vodaphone you have the advantage of them being your direct supplier and the regulation should help you out.

hopefully this will help you out.

PS

I know it’s annoying but patience is key
