Hi,
I have recently bought a new laptop and I'm trying to sync the content on my iPod Touch, back into iTunes. Please can anyone suggest how to do this?
Thank you

To be clear you cannot transfer music from an iPod to a computer. Just from a computer to an iPod. There may be third party software out there to accomplish this but iTunes is not designed for this.
To transfer a library you will need to know where the library is located on the old computer, copy it onto a removable storage device and then copy it to the new computer. Then point iTunes on the new computer to the location of the library.
Hello,
transferring data from the iPod to your computer is not possible. You will have to transfer the library the iPod was synced with to your new laptop.
How do you transfer the library the iPod was synced to? I am having the same issue. I want to take music from my old iPod put it into my library for my new iPod.
