My friend gave me an iPhone, and I signed in with my apple ID. But somehow, her account mixed with my iCloud, so now I have her photos and other stuff too.
Is there any way to separate the two iCloud, without deleting all the photos?

First, I would suggest you sign in to your Apple ID on https://www.icloud.com/photos to see if the photos on your iPhone appear. If they do not, follow the steps under the "Photos and videos" section in the resource below to make a copy of your photos:

The problem is that, after she deleted her account from that phone, the photos still remained, and if she takes photos, it still appears in my iCloud photos.
I looked in the settings if her account is there too, but there is no other account.
