Activity sync

I sent my phone in for repair a month ago and since I got it back the Apple Watch and iPhone have not been syncing daily activities (exercise, move, and stand). My daily activity shows on my watch but not my phone? Any suggestions how I can get them to appear on my phone as well?

Activity app not syncing with new phone Ever since I migrated to a new phone (from an iphone 7 to XR), my apple watch does not sync my activities to the new device. The devices are paired and I get notifications and updates for all apps except for activities. When I open the activities app on my phone, it tells me to open the app on my watch, see screenshot. My Apple Watch is not syncing my activity. The first 2 days I had my Apple Watch my activity was synced and came up on my phone but now it doesn’t and all my workouts don’t either. Does anyone know how to fix that? I have tried everything that I can find and nothing works.

Try unpairing and re-pairing.
