Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

No local dictionary is available.. please help.


After clicking on Configure Dictionaries, All I can see is Wikipedia and below that, a list of languages. Wikipedia is pre-selected.


Tried everything, nothing helps!


I am using the 2015 MacBook Air with the latest macOS Catalina.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

Try opening the Dictionary.app> Preferences and verify you have checked the appropriate boxes
