Syncing of Apple Music’s Recently Played List

Whatever songs and albums I play in Apple Music is being listed in the “Recently Played” list. Why does this list not sync all over my Apple devices?

Let’s say I am playing an album on my iPhone. It shows up in Recently Played, but on my iPhone ONLY! Why does is not show in the Recently Played list on my iPad and on my MBP?

Is there any way to sync the Recently Played list to all other devices?
