When i set my iphone to be locked with a passcode, i want it to ask for the passcode only every 4 hours. Well, when I allow touchID to unlock my phone, i can only set it to ask for the passcode immediately. I dont want to unlock with fingerprints (or with passcode) every time I use my phone, but I would like the option to use and unlock with touchID (every 4 hours)

You can't choose that option. Using TouchID means immediate passcode.

To my knowledge, that feature is not available on iPhones.

I see. Well thats a bummer, i dont really see why it is this way though. What is the difference between a passcode every 4 hours or a fingerprint every 4 hours, my phone is already unlocked most of the time, it would just make it that more easy. Anyway thanks for your help.
