I’m getting a pop up when i go to an email and try to see specific parts of it

When i go to an email and click on it, it appears on my screen. When i go to a particular option in that email, i get a pop up that contains that specific info on approximately a 2” by the length of my screen. Too small to even read . I can’t make it go away

You’re evidently seeing a Slide Over view of Safari. The quickest and easiest method of converting the Slide Over view, to full screen, is to simply touch the small “handle” at the top of the Slide Over window - then drag the handle to the top-centre of your iPad screen, and release; the Slide Over view will instantly switch to a full screen view.
