I’m trying to transfer everything off my iPhone & put in on my iPad but it stops me at choose backup & is days at the bottom on the screen “no iCloud backups are compatible wit the version of IOS (9.3.2) on this iPad . I need help

What is the iOS version on your iPhone you are trying to transfer data from? If the iOS version on your iPhone is higher than the highest level of iOS on the iPad, you cannot restore the backup from the iPhone to the iPad. It appears your iPad is likely a very old iPad if it is running iOS 9.3.2.
