echo/parrot dictation with catalina

Prior to upgrading to Catalina I could do echo dictation with the dictation app. That is, I would listen to a recording on my Mac played through headphones, repeat what I heard and have Dictate type it. In order to make that work I had to go into system preferences/accessibility/dictation and tick, "Mute audio output during dictation."

In Catalina the "Mute audio output during dictation" function has either moved or been removed. If it has been moved, can anyone point out how to enable that function? Thanks.

Did you try Use Siri

you can ask Siri to turn accessibility features on and off.
