Hi!
My HomePod started flashing the volume controls this morning.. And it is not responding anymore. I tried to reset it, but without any luck. The status icon change color to red as it is supposed to, but after about 45 seconds, it goes back to flashing volume controls.
Unfortunately Apple only provide support for HomePod in countries where it has been released. You could try unplugging the HomePod for about 5 minutes, reboot your router and wait until it is fully connected to the Internet, then see if Reset HomePod - Apple Support will work.
