wireless charging base

I bought a wireless 3 in 1 charging base(Coteetci), it has lighting to USB-C cable which only works with adapters with USB port, so I bought a USB-c to USB-c cable to able to use my iPhone 11 pro adapter, but the new USB-c cable didn't work with my iPhone's adapter! I tried another brand fast charging adapter and it works with my charging base with the new USB-c cable! I want to know if this is a problem with that USB-c cable or charging base? because I asked it from a retailer and he told me your iPhone adapter does not support USB-c to USB-c cable for fast charging or works with this wireless charging base, however, my wireless charging base works good with it's lighting to USB-c cable and * my iPad air 1 12w adapter, it's really annoying! I don't want to use an iPad adopter and use my iPhone's adopter.

what should I do? what's the problem with my iPhone's adapter and USB-c to USB _c cable?
