Microsoft LifeCam VX-1000 on a Mini Mac computer?

Does anyone have any suggestions or information about how to use a Microsoft LifeCam VX-1000 on a mini Mac computer?

The Computer is a late 2014 2.8 GHz DualCore Intel i5 unit and the LifeCam is an older one about the same age or older. The Mac has been updated to the latest Catalina operating system. I have looked up instructions and several have said to use Photo Booth and link to the camera that way, but nothing I have looked up has helped. There are a number of third party players that are trying to get me to download a app to do so, but I would prefer to stay internally with apple recommended instructions or software if possible.

Thanks

Thank you for the response.

I already understood that there was no claim for this webcam to work. What I was wondering if anyone has any steps or directions or endorsed apps etc that could make this or any non-apple webcam function given that the mini Macs and some larger Mac computers do not have imbedded camera hardware and second party cameras are the only option. In particular now as there has been a major change with the Catalina OS upgrade more recently.

Or if there is a camera that is known to work with Catalina on Mac computers.

Regards
