HELP!!! iPhone X Screen unresponsive and dialing 911
My phone screen is completely unresponsive and when attempting to perform a hard reset, enters emergency mode and dials 911. No ability to end call on my end.

To perform a hard reset (Force ReStart), are you following the instructions exactly as shown below?-
Restart the phone:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Disregard the prompt that asks you to slide to power off. Continue pressing and holding the SIDE Button until you see the Apple logo. Can take up to 20 seconds)
