O2 business account And Apple Watch

It’s soooo frustrating you would have thought o2 would have got their sh*t together by now! I thought their whole strategy was to go after the business community! Especially in lock down it would be really helpful to enable people to use their Apple Watch on their hour walk or exercise. When will o2 come into the 21st century?
