disabled iPhone, connect to itunes

My disabled iPhone is on airplane mode, it is not connected to iCloud nor iTunes, forget my iPhone feature was off also. I reset my phone and was planning to sell it but my kids messed with it and tried to unlock it the maximum number of times possible. What can i do to access my phone now? It does not have any data so there's nothing could lose. Please help me

Follow these instructions to remove the previous passcode:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled

Did you carefully read this section, on the article I provided?:

"Restore your iPhone"

Locate your iPhone on your computer.

When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Restore. The Finder or iTunes will download software for your iPhone. If it takes more than 15 minutes, your iPhone will exit recovery mode, and you'll need to select your iPhone model above and repeat the steps to remove the passcode.
