Using AirPods Pro with boot camp Windows 10 on 16 inch MacBook Pro

Is it possible to pair AirPods Pro with Windows 10 on a partitioned MacBook Pro 16 inch?

Something tells me the drivers just haven’t been updated by Apple.

I’ve tried every suggestion on the internet, contacted both Apple and Microsoft Support, and spent hours upon hours with this. The mic continues to not be recognized and audio continues to be choppy, if paired successfully at all.

Are these devices compatible?
