iphone 6s 13.4.1 update

i’m trying to update my iphone 6s to ios 13.4.1 but it says i need 1.8 GB of storage, but i just payed for 50GB of icloud storage and i’m only using 5GB out of 50GB. why is it still saying i need to pay for storage to update my phone oven though i have plenty? can someone help me please? it would be greatly appreciated:)

That message refers to space on your phone, not cloud storage. Increasing cloud storage does nothing for space on the phone. You will need to move or delete content from the phone.
