IPhone 11 Pro Max IOS 13.4.1

So i have been a customer of apples since the very beginning. Out of every single iPhone, iPad or watch i’ve ever had I have to say the 11 pro max is the worst phone I have had yet AND THE MOST EXPENSIVE! I’m guessing it’s just the IOS because the phone itself doesn’t have problems physically. I have called multiple times to try and get things resolved and just keep having issues.

1: When i FaceTime someone my phone’s wifi connection goes away and uses cellular.

2: on FaceTime now the call quality is terrible. If the slightest noise is made around me it will mute the other person talking and i have to constantly ask them to repeat what they said. The echoing from talking through the phones is terrible. I’ll be talking and hear myself talking on the Other end delayed by a second or two.

3: if you send a Memoji to someone you can’t reply with a Memoji for a certain amount of seconds (40ish) because the message app says that “microphone is in use by another app”

4: if you send a Memoji and a voice memo in messages the voice message won’t play because it’s glitching with the Memoji.

5: my Apple car play decides when it wants to work or not. I’ll have to go and do a network settings reset and restart my phone for it to connect.

6: safari loves to just crash consistently and restart.

7: the quality of video on FaceTime calls is terrible and the phone on either end tends to be lost on how to focus when you flip to the rear camera.

8: the voice memos in messages has a problem with constantly saying failed to send randomly.


there is just so many different problems and i don’t know if it’s everyone on this IOS or if it’s just me and someone i know having the problems. is there a fix? Is apple going to come out with a clean IOS this year? For a phone that’s over $1,000 it should be running flawless

That is a lot of problems although most of them seem to revolve around a WiFi connection. I know we are in lockdown but is there another WiFi hotspot that you can try all of these things on? That way if you go there and still have all the above you probably have a hardware defect on your iPhone and you will need to use your warranty. If it works fine at the other WiFi hotspot and these problems go away then you may have a router problem that needs to be attended to. Also I assume these FaceTime issues involve more than one person.


I have the same phone as you and I'm not seeing any of your 8 problems.
