unresponsive phone

How can i connect my iPhone to iTunes because my phones screen is like frozen. And i don't know how to connect it to my computer.

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

That's quite strange. Have you tried forcing the reboot by pressing the power button for (about) 15 seconds? If that doesn't work, wait for the phone to run out of battery... and connect it.
