MacBook Pro 2019 Continuously Crashes

Hi All,

I have no idea if anyone can help but I have been struggling to find help with this issue, and have even sent the MacBook Pro away for repair without any luck.

Initially I thought it was something to do with a Wacom Driver (6.3.39-1) for my CTL-480 Intuos Small Graphics Tablet. With the Crash Log citing "Unknown Architecture", etc.

However in preparation for a brand new updated Wacom Tab, I wiped my Hard Drive, and reinstalled the OS, as has been the advice on numerous occasions now, and as I was setting it back up - without even touching Wacom yet it did the same thing while I was taking a photo for my iCloud.

Screen Freezes then goes black, the fans spin loudly for a few seconds, and then it reboots. (It isn't overheating - I've gone down that road.)

Please can anyone help, I'm on Catalina 10.15.4, and I usually use Artrage 6 for work (again this program doesn't seem to be the issue. I have a feeling it might be an OS Issue, but it isn't affecting everyone.

Please find below the most recent, more detailed crash report:

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.15

To trouble shoot further you can:

—Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and test. Reboot and test as caches get rebuilt.

In Safe mode third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled, it removes malware, etc hampering smooth operation, however a reboot will put it back to normal mode.

This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204443

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.
