Computer Keeps Crashing When Slightly Moved

Hi everyone, sometimes when I try to touch or move my 2019 13-inch Macbook Pro it will instantly crash, often with the screen turning black instantly and sometimes the fans will go full-blast for about a second before cutting off. I have been experiencing this only recently after updating my computer (not saying that is what is causing it), but I'm desperate because I am in lockdown trying to do exams from home and crashing mid-exam would be a nightmare. I also ran one of the Apple Hardware Tests on the laptop, and it came back claiming there were no hardware faults with the laptop which I wasn't 100% confident about. Thanks to anyone who can help, it is extremely appreciated. The crash report is below:

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5

this statement says all you need to know— there is some hardware issue where something is breaking contact on an internal component.

This would be need to be resolved by taking it in for inspection:
