What happened to cmd-tab-Q to close Apps on the iPad?

I used to use the cmd-tab-Q combination to close Apps, that were cluttering the recent Apps tab and multitasking screen on my iPad. I loved the fact that I could use this shortcut(key combination), same way as on my MacBook. But recently I noticed that cmd-tab-q doesn’t close the Apps anymore, it only hides them from the recent Apps tab(cmd-tab), but they are kept paused in the background, coz they are still present when multitasking screen is opened.

So is there a way to change it back to the way it was, so I can, again, close the Apps with cmd-Q, and not just hide them? If that option isn’t available anymore, then is there a away to open the multitasking screen and close Apps with a keyboard combination?
