Does anyone else have an iPhone that clicks by itself and opens apps and makes the phone unusable???

See if your device falls into this group, iPhone X Display Module Replacement Program for Touch Issues - Apple Support
If it only happens when it is plugged in you need a new Lightning cable.
If it happens all the time you need to have your display replaced by Apple because the screen digitizer is failing.
