I just ordered an iPad and clear protective case and Smart Cover and its my baby. I’m super careful with it. This morning when I woke up I noticed two small cracks on the screen. One is on the bottom right hand corner about two inches long and the other is about half a centimetre long semi circle along the bottom near the left hand corner. I have never dropped it and have taken the best care of it. What do I do now?

Are you referring to an Apple clear case? It sounds like the screen was cracked, or stressed to crack when you put the case on. No matter, the only way to deal with a broken screen is to contact Apple Support. They do not replace screens on the iPad, the replace the iPad.
